I want it back!

Dropped by a unique foe is not really helpfull in codex.

Any way to find out who and where it drops?

Well i hoped that there is a way i can look myself ;)

Ancient Bone is the one im looking for.
I read in patchnotes that is at act 5 - but clearing the whole act in hope of not missing the guy :(

I wish the codex would give a bit more info as well, there was a community guide for the uniques but it's outdated. Anyway, if you want to know it's from Morlock in the side area A Dark Chamber inside Fort Hellfire Level 1.
