Fastest way to power level new characters?
I have a main character near max level and I want to try all the different classes and mess around and get a feel of their playstyle before I fully dive into them..

What is a good way to "power-level" new characters?

Do Anomalys and increase difficulty whenever you feel comfortable with the one your running. (Need to finish story on first char first though and speak to tinkerer after)

depends on the character. for warlock you want the death bond ring which will auto cast curses. you can just run around and everything dies. gamble for it at level 10 (i think) might be after. i would wait til level 25-30 tbh. for the berserker just use the two leap abilities and jump from group to group. those are the only two ive leveled up.

Due to the differences in classes and base attacks there are many options for 'fast levelling' I personally thought using Lightning and Static/magnetic overload made mob clearing much faster for the templar at early levels in tandem with Thorns.
There is another option that can be a 'speed up' and that is once you gain access to Chantie the enchanter then reroll/maximise as much XP% boost you can get on as many items as you can.
With Lightning and Overloads + Thorns + XP% boosts you will be flooded with XP in the larger populated areas of certain levels.
Do not be afraid to increase the level of game to Epic or Legendary either for the increased XP.
Even if the Bosses prove tricky at legendary it is likely that you will still clear through the trash mobs enroute easily enough.
Changing the default settings for Mouse Buttons and skill slots to just LMB or RMB or both is also a great option to look at.... this can be done from the settings menu ingame. Remember though that the spammed 'main' attack will need assigning to its own button otherwise it blocks the use of all other skills.

Use the echanter in Tinka's domain to make stuff like this:

It's a lot cheaper to max out the augments on low level gear. Looking at it now I'm not sure why the holy damage there is at 20% and not 35%.

You can do 1-100 in an hour or two, even casually. Just get to lvl 10, then gamble a Tome of Knowledge. This is essentially 500% exp. Make a rune out of it, then apply the rune to a unique. Uniques are easier to replace as you level. Gamble some other good uniques/legs for your other slots, then upgrade them every 15 levels. The recipe to upgrade the level of an item is simply the item + a higher level item of the same type and rarity (which you can simply gamble). It'll probably cost about 20 mil crystals altogether, which is about half a mythic 15 dungeon. There's probably ways you can go even faster, but this fine for me.

Oh, and don't forget to roll 50% bonus exp on some of your gear. That why I recommend uniques instead of legs, they don't cost memory fragments to greater augment.

If you have the EA bonus crystal, you can make this: https://i.imgur.com/Ojx6OkC.png

Which is +80% XP, +(5% / kill) = 580% xp, along with +20% resist all, +25% movement speed.
