You should try this game, it's fantastic, but a bit casual (which isn't a bad thing).
It's very fun with the "endless" leveling. The soundtrack is great, too.
And hell yeah, there is so much loot and ways to get your gear to perfection.
Not all acts are present right now, but that's not a big deal. You could farm areas of the main game (you can reset them without logging out, just by using the right mouse button at the main towns wayportals) or try to rank up yourself in the anomalies with its steady greater challenges.
The developer is deep intouch with the community and chances are huge, that if you have an idea, he'll try to add it to the game as soon as he's able to.
Many QOL changes were tips, that some players suggested.
I can recommend Din's Curse, too. It really stands out of the crowd besides its old age.
You could try the demo here on steam and it's very cheap at the sale right now.
If you want something, that's not so "casual" (I hate this word ^^)
Cheers!
