Lightning Arrow and Thunder Shot
How comes these are the only skills that do not benefit from double draw but are considered archery skills instead of being e.g. storm?

I just tested it and they can totally trigger Double Draw.

If memory serves, Double Draw just fires a simple arrow shot .. it doesn't copy the ability that triggered it.

Yes, that's what it does. It has always worked like that. Meaning it sucks with abilities that shoot lots of arrows or arrows that hit multiple times but it's great with abilities that hit once for a lot of damage.

I see, so it just has a bad synergy with those skills.

Technically LA and TS are one big arrow shots but they don't do damage themselves. Would allowing double draw to mimic the effects of the triggering skill be too broken?

Hmm, I'm not quite sure you understand how Double Draw works. It has a chance, upon casting an Archery skill, to shoot a simple arrow (in the direction you clicked) that does a percentage of the damage listed on the Archery skill that triggers it. It works with any Archery skill regardless of what the skill does, it even works with Lay Traps.

Regarding it mimicking skills, it wouldn't be broken in a vacuum (30% chance for a second cast at 60% damage seems reasonable), but there are those masteries that can boost Double Draw, and they do so by a lot (60% chance for 120% damage). As it is, I think it's a nice boost for skills that hit once for a lot of damage, since they tend to do less DPS than multi-hit skills of the same tier, but I agree it's a disappointing boost for multi-hit skill, especially stuff like Arrow Rain. I'm not sure what to do about the latter, but seeing how it's a passive that can be used with so many skills from all skill trees, it might be better to leave it as is.
