2 questions: Bleed critical hits and practice dummy resistances

1) First time messing around with Templar (and bleeds).. it looks like a critical hit on a bleed is 170% of the regular damage (same as base crit dmg), no matter what my crit damage is. Also, it seems like the bleed has its own built in critical hit chance.

Is that how it's supposed to work?

2) Do practice dummies have any resistances? Seems like no, but I would like to be certain.

And as for resistances.. they shouldn't have any.
