Strongest warden build?

ive been messing around with the classes and i cant seem to find which build to go with. What are your thoughts?

Weird build indeed, but it shouldn't matter as long as it works and the gameplay is enjoyable. Some of the skill choices are intriguing though, like Winter Storm and Blizzard. Why go all the way to the Frost tree for those skills when you already have heavy investment in Poison and Physical? Were there no skills there that could fill the role of the Frost skills?

The ice skills were used for proccing splinter, which is then used to proc pods. Pods damage is reliant on how many stacks it has. It just so happens that it stacks up really fast thanks to how often winter storm hits, the ice skills aren't there for raw damage. Blizzard is for long range proccing, plus enemies take more damage when hit by it. Plus winter storm is fire and forget, can basically just go near a group and release one.

Well yeah they were certainly doing that in the vid, but I was wondering more about why they were picked over some Poison skills that do the same thing and apply Pods directly instead of through procs, like Bramble Storm (same as Winter Storm) and Bramble Vine (same as Blizzard). There's also Toxic Storm or Acid Rain that can be used for the Symbiosis passive that increases Pods damage recieved by enemies hit by 25%. Even if it's not one of the Frost skills that get replaced, one of the fourth tier Poison skills would probably be more useful than say, Hallucinative Gas.

Hallucination Gas is extremelyuseful, it stuns/slows/fears everything in range, which is great for my build. The build itself plays more like a brawler build, I can take heavy hits and still survive as you can see in the video (the moment my health drops a bit, it goes back to full). As for the frost skills over the poison, I use an Amulet of Despair, so anything I hit I do 20% more damage on, which is why I chose this over the poison skills. The cooldowns are also lower, 1.25 and 2.5 vs 2.5 and 7.5. I'll test out the poison skills though, it seems like it may work really well, didn't even know about symbiosis!

Oh, Amulet of Despair huh. Yeah the Frost skills make more sense with that in mind. How do you have those cooldowns though? The maximum cooldown reduction I could manage to get is 75% which gives 1.25s cd on Winter Storm. 65% from gear and 10% from the Frost tree passive.

70% all resists.
193% move speed. + 20% more speed on evade.
41% evasion
Non stop healing - every heal tick heals you to full.
4.5k Root Veil Shields
29.3k Fairy Shield.

ALMOST UNKILLABLE... unless they can eat through the 18k HP, 4.5k shield, 29.3k shield, 41% evasion, and non stop healing....

At 10 pod stacks, it's like 90 million damage per second.

I wouldnt mind seeing that build myself. Personally I played from level 1 to 100 with a wind ranger/druid spec that I just made up on my own and I found it to work well, but I dont know how it compares to anything else ofc. I did try to do something with frost and storm but the arrow skills that I tried didnt seem very good and I didnt pick the class to play a mage so I didnt test any of the spell type abilities. I was using Rapid Shot for the insane attack speed to proc splinters and pods basicly. Getting everything along the way that seemed good, like overdraw, double draw and all that. I almost filled out the entire druid and wind ranger tree's, as I didnt find much interesting in frost/lightning that would help me. Ill try to farm up some gear and try other things eventually though.
