What about shadow warlock?
It's time for me to roll a new guy, i love shadow warlock : vampirism, undeath are cool stuff but is it any good in game?

How far he can go and what builds you guys are using?

I tried one at lvl 100 with half a set of that legendary shadow spec. gear, forgot what it was called, and it had decenct survivability but poor damage. So I went back to frost just to save time. It was fun but just to slow for me overall.

thing is watching the tree it looks really bad so i would like to know if it was endgame viable.

fun facts : on youtube you can find videos of all kind of warlock except shadow, should be a hint...

Yeah, i think the bone magic/bane part of it needs a lot more movement speed to be viable, as it is built around the idea of you getting close to the enemies. The desecration (Corpse explosion) is working really nice, but it would be nice to have like a 1 percent chance to suck souls out of living enemies.

So if you add the teleport from Frost it's actually pretty viable. You 100% need a legendary set (the one with 500% des) and bone spears to bring people close to u. Basically with cooldown you bounce around with teleport and pull people in. Once you kill one the soul rip kills them all. However it SUCKS versus bosses. Strong survivability though.

On a side note the reaper tree really needs some work. It's just not nearly as viable compared to the others

yeah i hope it will be revamped sooner or later the whole undead/vampire stuff was pretty interesting as a concept it would be nice to make it viable in game (for freedom of building sake too)
