Unlocking Tinka's Domain.

Have 3 level 100's, 2 of them I leveled through the campaign, and they both have Anomaly unlocked.

The 3rd character, I started a multiplayer game, to quickly unlock the codex, and Storage Area, so I could speed up the leveling.

But now, I cant seem to get Tinka's Domain unlocked on this character.
Have defeated all the bosses, but no dialogue will open up for Tinka.


Anyone know if theres a trigger quest that I need to pick up in act 3?
Or do I need to play through the entire campaign to progress all of the quests to that point?
