Personally, I'm all for mechanics helping us get what we want, e.g. gambling for specific item types, but I'm against specific loot attribution. I much prefer finding gear doing whatever I feel like doing at a given moment, and I wouldn't want to be tempted into farming specific content because it's by far the best way to obtain what I want. You'd either have to make the drop rate too high so I don't get bored farming, or make it way low so it's not "by far" the best way.
i get 2-9 in 1 storage room run, with almost baseline Legendary difficulty mf.
1 run takes ~35s-1min
But there's also the ease with which we can get crystals, allowing for lots of gambling.
yup :<
To me it's all about doing what you have fun doing, and let the gear come in, which includes crystals to spend on gambling.

D3 is much faster, in large part due to the upgrade rare recipe and reroll set recipe. If I could take one of the 4 set helms that I got and reroll, I'd be thrilled.
