To marry one of your officers as the daimyo/lord you’re playing as you need a maiden next you go the personal tab and select the marry option you then select the officer you wish to make kin, no some daimyo/lords don’t have maidens historically so this where the fictional maiden option helps, or you can make another clan your vassal and they may give you their daughter (sister in some cases) to you as a foster daughter which then becomes your maiden.

Marriage between officers(including daimyo) is only available through event. So you should make marriage event with event editor.
