What are the best weapons to use as space marines?

So far, it seems like all the other factions has better weapons than us. Guns shooting like rifle killing in 2 hits. Also swords that kills you in 2 to 3 hits. What weapons do space marines has that can do the same amount of damage?

Bolters are about the best Standard gun in the game. The big trick, is to buy out the Req crates "Supply Drops" in order starting with the cheapest. This being that you cant pull copies, and each tier only has so many items. So you can buy them out. Now, the reason for this, is the mods you get for your guns. They give bonus's that make a differnce in quality of life with that weapon.

Now, as this is a giant issue. Everyone can die just as easy as you. Headshots make a differnce. Lucky shots happen all the time. There is abit of skill involved. This is not space marine. You need to use COVER, DUCK, BE AWARE. Plus, if your a LSM "Space Marine" look for the guy in white armor. I bet he's gonna try to heal you. Apothocaries cant heal at ranged and must have a "second" to compelet the heal.

I remember getting unintentional headshots in my games literally would be shooting someone in the chest and one or two of my bolts would go right to their head.

The Mag size increases was the most awesome for me at first. I had gotten lucky and pulled the Drum Mag outta the 12k Box early (BTW that was a 1/50 chance pull for that Mag). Having 3x the clip size means i can mow guys down that normaly run short super early.

Toughness makes the biggest impact on survivability, Health is the Red bar, Armor is the Yellow bar. Armor will regen on its own if your not taking damage.

Pro Tip for Apothocaries- Your healing Vials, give bonus's to your, At first Health, and later to your Max Armor, Maybe toughness, (not sure since it doesnt really tell you).

Use it on yourself before going into the Mass of fire, the bonus may save you and it lasts 30-40seconds.

Against Eldar use Bolters, against anyone else use Plasma Rifles.

And just a funny side story, I main a Apothocary.

Last night i was playing, and mistakingly shot a team-mate once (Didnt break his Armor). Mind you we was defending agaisnt Yellow Orks, the Yellow Dv turns, mows me down. No more then a Respawn and a run back, i seen him crawling on the ground downed. I shoulda saved him, but i didnt. Two shots, Revenged.

Sadly, you can't help it sometimes, but since theres no real hate or "Being Mad" just one of those things. Maybe he shouldnt have mowed the Apothocary down for a mistake shot?

Also how do you block. Every time I get a players health down to a half a bar, all the sudden, Each hit is blck and they manage to kill me.

as general rule?? go storm bolter, power sword and heavy bolter and if you need something at, melta, multimelta and powerfist.

this is pretty much what i see high lvl marines using, plu the odd plasma gun/cannon thrown in

I think Stormbolters are vastly inferior to pretty much any other Bolter Variant the Tactical can carry.
But that is just my opinion.

264 dps, 40 bullets in clip, accurate until 30m makes it perfect weapon for both attacking and defending points.
