My Control Scheme

I have not played much of the modern Assassin's Creed games, a couple hours in Odyssey, but I heard that the controls are a bit adopted from them and I do not like a lot of the control scheme implemented in this version of Black Flag.

While they're not perfect, here are the keybinds that I changed that make the game feel a bit better and as close to classic as I could get....other than R2 for sprint, which I honestly don't mind being changed to stick, and it caused actual confliction issues.

*Controls based off of a Xbox One S controller*

Movement:
Crouch - Rb

Combat:
Attack - X
Assassinate - A (This is the only button that I was able to use that didn't confict to the point of just ignoring the assassination prompt)
Parry - Y
Takedown - X

Actions:
Interact - B
Eagle Vision - LB (Press)

Now this will trigger a lot of confliction warnings, but so far I have not run into any issues with controls not working. The only thing that I have come across that I cannot do is manually reloading the pistols, but I have gotten the ship and done some naval combat as well and don't see any other issues. Some of you may not care but these feel a bit better for me.

Just wanted to say personally on PC, I found it better to remap the Parry key to my mouse side button and the awkward ALT Dodge/Dash key to be my Q instead.

Idk why it felt more natural. Q being dodge beside your WASD movement and the Parry being on your mouse along with your other mouse attacks. Just makes sense imo

Gotta say I have never played with a mouse and keyboard, even 13 years ago haha
