Windows 10 visible in the requirements. Is this a grim joke?
Why is nobody doing anything about it ? This is a scam. Zero information about not working product in distribution on Steam and Uplay. This is violation of consumer rights !
Please do something with this joint force in the official Ubisoft forum:

Open declaration for Ubisoft:
"Why the game for so long has no patches related to the inability to run on Windows 10?
Why does the distributor not issue a warning that the game does not work with current Windows 10?
Why a defective product has been sold unchanged for over a year while the description of requirements still includes Windows 10?
Why are submissions from users who purchased a faulty product and suffered a loss ignored?
Why did the distributor not make any official attempts to bring the digital product being sold back to its functionality, in accordance with the concluded sales contract?
I could exchange for a long time. We have the first day of 2020, on January 14 Microsoft is ending support for Windows 7 and Ubisoft has not drawn conclusions.
From my perspective, this is not even a dismissive attitude on the part of Ubisoft.
This is a clear violation of EU law on consumer protection. "
I am asking the community for support.
it is not working on windows 10, and without looking for a solution,
continuing to deceive unsuspecting buyers.
all this is not honest.

For those interested, I suggest intervention on the official Ubisoft forum and sending tickets.

I had already tested the DEMO when I used windows 8 a few years ago and it ran perfectly. Now that I thought of buying it doesn't run on windows 10.
I hope that one day this problem will be fixed. If not by Ubisoft, by anyone who is able to find a solution.
Both the game and the demo, using Steam or Uplay wasn't working since Win10 build 1809 released on 13 November 2018.
Nice, thanks for the info!
Just downloaded the new 2,4gb patch from Steam. Now finally i can try the game for the first time since i bought it on 25 March 2019! Oh well at least they finally fixed it...
but four years to find a solution is shameful
