An error has occured while loading the settings

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {D9F6EE60-58C9-458B-88E1-2F908FD7F87C} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

Can any1 help this problem ?

We haven't run into that before. Would you be able to set the debug logging to L1: Log Minimal on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab, then apply the settings, reproduce the error, and send us the logs via the Help > Support Request link in the Settings window?
