Can't seem to get this to work with Corsair Utility Engine

I have a bunch of CUE profiles for Overwatch, so my keyboard lights up differently for each hero when I select their profile. There is a "hero picker" profile that allows you to press a key to go to a hero's profile. This hero picker profile can be accessed with scroll lock. I set up voice commands in VoiceBot to press scroll lock and then the corresponding key in the hero picker, but the hero picker doesn't show up. The scroll lock light on my keyboard turns on and off when I use the command, so VoiceBot is indeed pressing scroll lock. Any idea why it's not working?

Try setting VoiceBot, to press your ScrollLock key a bit long enough (About 100ms) and then release it if it needs to just tap it.

I tried setting it to 100, 500, 1000, and 2000 and still no dice. I also tried setting it to 'toggle' the key and I tried the separate press and release actions.

I'll maybe suggest instead, to change in the Profile Macros Actions, to select Always Run Macros, in case that VoiceBot was running macros only in OverWatch, which maked the CUE, to not be able to register those shortcut keys, like displayed here[lewd.pics].

That doesn't seem to be working either. I tried changing the key to something other than scroll lock to see if it was just that key being difficult for some reason but it still won't work. I wonder if it has to do with the keyboard itself. Maybe the key needs to be physically pressed instead of sending a command via VoiceBot in order for the profile switching to work.
