"Play Sound" action not playing OGG files?
It says it's playing the OGG file but I can't hear it. Why?

Windows doesn't have a built-in codec for Ogg files. If you open the Ogg file in Windows Media Player does it play?

Ogg is now supported through some official app called "Web media extensions" on the microsoft store, I don't know how an app enables format support but maybe it's something worth looking into for this use case?

That works for Edge and some other UWP (Windows Store) apps, but not for Win32 (desktop) apps like DisplayFusion. And surprisingly even the UWP Groove Music app doesn't play ogg files either :(
