What do fragments do?

I've been looking around to see any information on it but I still have found none so i'm wondering if anyone knows what's it for? I would appreactie the information :D.

You use fragments to make weapons, armour, and monster cards that you have collected as you play.

Yes Moiren is correct bless her cotton socks.

fragments can be spent to create a new card for one you have used up.

so if you run out of that awesome card you was using you can use fragments to make another one.
