I mean..OP is dumb as bricks, but woke?. Just call OP stupid instead lmao
these days anyone who says they played something, see if its on another platform
if not most likely they did an illegal download of an older version?
or also possible they refunded before getting far into it?
but honestly sad trend? this game if correct started as a flashgame in 2011 from what images unlocked show
so there complaining about something old being updated thinking its new
This game borrowed everything that is Castlevania 2 for the NES. So, it took everything people liked from CV2 and improved it.
>Everything you hated about those old games, is in this game, and everything you liked, is implemented in a completely idiotic way or simply missing.
Great examples of what you're talking about!
>...This game had puzzles?
I was also confused...
Okay, I'll be a little more serious and less snippy and give you the benefit of the doubt now... If you're having trouble with this game, it might be that 2D platformers or Metroidvanias aren't your thing.
That's not why games were difficult. It was just the "style" of games back them to make them a challenge so it was a big deal if a player could win. It this originated in anything it was in arcades where they made games hard so players would pump more quarters in them to get to the end. The rental dollars were just not lucrative enough to matter for most developers.
