Get stuck!

I got stuck twice with my knight. He get stuck but still have a running animation. Otherwise I just love this update!

I have also had this problem, where the game locks up and I can't move/exit/interact with anything, but my character still is in the running animation. I have to use the task bar to close the game when it happens. Both occurances were within minutes of starting the game. I'll wait to play the update until after a hotfix.

thanks for letting us know. We are investigating the issue. If you want to help us finding that bug please report us a bug ticket and attach your portal_knights.log file after you had the issue again. A screenshot would also be helpfull.

In order to find the portal_knights.log you have to navigate to your local game files. Please follow the steps below:
1. Right-click on Portal Knights in your Steam library
2. Select "Properties"
3. Select the "Local Files" tab
4. Click on the "Browse Local Files" button

this happens alot for my warroir its been none stop tonight

same here, time to time my character gets frozen. I can do stuff with the inventory etc, but not move or do any actions with him

after some fiddling from this bug and it happening multiple times, ive noticed that it seems like the character command imput is actully just lagging horribly. i belive this because the ui still works and a couple of times ive clicked teleport to landing pad and a minute or two later i randomly teleport. i also noticed that usaully i can get out of being stuck by moving the camera in different directions while spamming attack. usaully hav eto face backwords with the camera.

Hi all.
I got the same isu when I play with my bride on LAN. Couple days ago we started to play one more time (game is awesome) but after 1h of playing it freezes me or my bride and one of us can't move in the game. Game is still running, i can throw items and she can collect them. If I freeze I can't go to "starting pad" and when I press button to go to "home island" it will only teleport my bride.. I'm staying despite that we have selected option "travel together".
