I am lost

I have been trying to play this game but I. Stuck in glimmerglen place. I have talked to Tagus the wizard and he told me to bring him xarif that he was in the dungeon. I went and I got him but for some reason I lost him :( I don't know where I put him.i cannot find him. Can someone help me please do see how can I complete this ? Please kind regards JohnI

One thing you can do is regenerate your universe, all the open portals remain open so you do not have to start over again and the quest reset on all open islands except for the island you set as HOME. Regeneration does wipe out anything you have built or changed on islands except the one set as HOME. Vacant islands you buy and open from the island merchants will not be affected by a regeneration. So, if you have built something on a Vacant island it is safe from Universe Regeneration along with the island you set as HOME.

The other option is to create another universe (can have up to 5 universes in the game). Open all portals to Glimmerglen, pick up Xarif and take him back to you other universe and complete the quest.

Or at Glimmerglen, this quest is the only one that is not required to be completed before the the other quest giver s will talk to you. You can just pass it by .
