Worth getting?

Is the DLC worth getting?
Is it good to play solo?
Are the devs still making content for this game and or are making a new game?
Cross-play and or cross-save?

It is a fun game, I played for around 2 years on PC and Xbox (PC has more options). The main game and the 2 big DLC's have normal mode and Hard Mode. Game also has a creative mode where you can build forts, place enemies, and other things, then bring it all to life to fight them. Only thing is in creative the enemies do not drop loot. The game will only supports up to 4 players in a game session (2 if you are using split screen local Co-op)

The Elves, Rogues, and Rifts DLC is good if you like looking for hidden chest and buttons to open doors etc, while fighting monsters and dodging fire traps and other types of traps. It is a timed session so if you do not complete the Rift in the time limit, you are kicked out and have to start again.

Druids, Furfolk and Relic Defense was the last DLC release and with the v 1.7.X game update came ridding different kinds of mounts. This was great because most players said the character moved to slow and mounts help speed that up. In this DLC you defend the Star Stone from the attacking mobs.

There are a few free DLC's and a few for just $2-3 each. Most of the small DLC's add flags and blocks for building. I liked the small DLC "Box of Grumpy Rings" because one of the rings gives you fire feet and makes it easier to see in the dark. I think the entire Game and DLC bundle is still for sale at a saving from buying them separately.

The last and final up date to the game was ver 1.7.X on 27 Jun 2019.

At one time they would send out gift items like blocks, new pets, etc in a game mail box but they also stopped that in Jun 2021.

There is no cross-play between platforms. At one time mobile ver could play with PC but they stop updating mobile at ver 1.5.X
