Why do you need it? The game already has a multiplayer mode built in right?

me and my friend couldnt get multiplayer to work at all we even tried to use hamachi but with no avail

Well, with hamachi it allowed me to join both of my friends, but without it wouldn't. The following issue is that the person with the weaker upload rate can't connect to the one with a decent connection. But the other way around is just fine. Except traveling and joining takes about 1-2 minutes every time. And not to mention that we have rubberbanding for atleast the first 2-3 minutes after we join a new world.
