Custom Resolution and Full Screen Fix + My wishes

Took me a bit to get this sorted, so I thought I'd post my fixes.

To go full screen press Alt+Enter

For custom resolution (I'm using 4k);
Go to Harddrive > Games > Steam > SteamApps > common > Portal Knights
Open portal_knights.cfg with notepad
Set "windowSizeX" and "windowSizeY" to resolution you desire.

Running and restarting the game seems to reset
"width": 1280, "height": 720

As a P.S. I cannot wait for inverted mouse and controller functionality; would love to play this as a couch game instead of desk game... Also it would be nice to be able to attack and strafe at the same time... I hate that holding attack roots your character

After you make the changes. Make the .cfg file read only. that should stop it from changing on re start. Going to try it now.
