what are beds for?

i just made a bed in game, seems i cant use it. is it just for show or will there be use for it later. i would hope it will bring your health back up if your low or just needing health.

atm its just cosmetic. Im hoping they plan on using some of the furniture to be able to regen health or just lay on or sit in lol

I'm hoping this is changed as well. At the very least you should be able to sleep in beds. It would be great if all the furniture was usable.

I'd like if we could sleep in it too make time faster ( switching day/night ) like in Cube World

There have been tons of requests for interactive furnature, sitting in chairs, ect. With any luck as said above; sleeping will end the current cycle; I know that I hate building at night time myself.
