I have got the Explosive recipe from "Bomb Gazer" & "Fallen Soldier"

I got a few TNT recipes. I think they dropped from Kupongo. The same area where you find Angel Diamonds

I got mine from the snow zones by killing Dragon Bomber enemy, took my about 5 before I got my drop.
