STOLEN WEAPONS QUEST

On Fort Finch i looked hard and still can't find the "Stolen Weapons" from a Quest NPC name Areitta that is in prison where are they?

Up in one of the towers, a nervous looking guy will talk about them.

Up in the towerw here Garret the NPC is, the chest in there has it.

Also in Autumn Springs there is this one npc i can't find there

Same, and my guess is the second version of the guard that gives you a quest there. There used to be two of them (same NPC, duplicated, but in different places). So the game might be accounting for 2, when now there is only 1.
