Cross play with Xbox player
Is it possible to play a multiplayer game with Xbox player - one player from Windows game playing together with another who's running the game on Xbox?

Also, does the *Windows* game support microsoft xbox controller connected to PC?

Hello, I have 2 PC and One Laptop where me and 2 daughters play PK. My wife would love to join as well and we have a brand new Xbox Series X connected to 4K TV. It would be awesome if crossplay would allow the Xbox version to join our session where we play (we have STEAM versions)

Any clue if this will work or if its planned to be added later on?

Buying a 4th PC when we already have an Xbox seems bit unnecessary....

Thanks

Portal Knights does not support cross play, even between PC and Xbox. The game does support split screen 2 player on one computer, then you can join the other computers thru wi-fi or internet and all 4 can play.

You can play split screen with 2 controllers or a keyboard and a controller. Cannot play split screen with one keyboard. Player #1 will be keyboard or can be a controller. Player #2 has to be a controller.
- Boot up game
- Select Play
- A main player box will appear, select or create a main player
- In upper right side of screen, you will see” Add Local Player”
- Player #2 will use controller to select "START", I use Xbox controller and I press the small button with the 3 lines on it.
- This brings up screen to make or select a 2nd player
- After creating or selecting the 2nd player, select the “Ready” button under the 2nd player
- Now select the “Play” button under the main player

added later on? This game is as is , they have done nothing but release a couple of DLC's for money and patch a couple of bugs. This game never had proper support for it and they have not made any changes to this game in a year now nor do they post.
