cant find targus's wand of fire

i made a wand of fire and he didnt want it, and i dont have the recipe for a masterwork one, can u find another?

Tagus the Wizard on the island Angler's Wharf wants a Masterwork Wand of Fire (a Lv 6 Mage Weapon). You can craft it at the Alter workstation just like the Lv 2 Wand of Fire. You can make a Lv 1 Wand (it is fire also but fire is not in the name) at the work bench but to make the other wands you will need to make an Alter. Also do not forger to upgrade all your workstations as you progress in the game so you can make better weapons.
