You mean delete the entire universe and create it anew?

By the way, how was I supposed to know that??? Are they amateurs or something? Updating the game should be automatic.
This now works. I have the island merchants.
However... regenerating unfortunately reset my Home World to the beginning, even though it was marked as a Home World. I had to reload from back-up save. So again I am stuck. If I regenerate, I loose everything.
I think I will just start a new Universe. Best way to go about it.
Also, how the hell is it Tropical or even worse, a beach without water? Every single vacant island is just a large flat space with some trees... that's it. No other terrain... just flat nothingness....
I bought all five of them to see if there was any kind of difference. Nope, not really.
I would rather just create a home in any of the other islands and just put of wards of protection, considering there are no water blocks that you can use to maybe, I don't know, make a beach...a beach.
Just my two cents. I was expecting a lot more when they made the annoucement and I'm extremely disappointed.
And there are already three event reward islands with no enemies
Yea, true to some extent. Players are given flat worlds and I think that's the purpose. To provide a sort of a sandbox to build. I take it. Although I agree there is not much in it. We could have flattened out any world and build if we wanted.
I believe we rather asked for Steam Workshop, the ability to share the construction between players.
Yes..i understand your disappointment....but they were made flat and thin for the member to design your own landscape(yes your going to need LOTS of dirt...lots an lots of dirt...*super drill is your friend*)...yes i said thin....watch the edges they're only one layer thick. Yes i also don't get why there's no water on the "beach" island...but i guess they want you to build that to. I.E. need water ports an drain blocks.(do you have any idea dev's how long it will take to fill a lake with water bombs...even a small one?
And is that your pic in you profile?...very attractive indeed. :D..but your probably young enough to be my kid..lol
It's possible, my 1-03 had the island merchant in a neat house, the bomb merchant in the ruined basement as always and then nick the hunter with the plant hunting quest.
The deeds cost between 50-100g each and teleports you to the island upon use, all the vacant islands form a new world cluster below the usual one
the island merchants are being generated in small worlds too. If you have a world in which you can't find one after regenerating the world please report us a bug and attach your savegame folder. Please pack the folder by using winrar/winzip/7zip.

The Portal Knights save-game can be found locally on your hard drive. By default the location should be: C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\portal_knights
This path may vary for different languages! It is the standard path used by Windows games.
I know this is an old post but my saved games are not in that directory.
On your computer also look for default path for Windows:
C:\Users\"your_user"\Saved Games\portal_knights\. Files in this folder do not get synced with Steam cloud.
To force Portal Knights to use Saved Games folder, right-click Portal Knights in your Steam library and select "Properties", "Updates" and deselect the box "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Portal Knights".
If you do not have files in the Saved Games folder open PK, play a few minutes and close. This should save all files to C:\Users\"your_user"\Saved Games\portal_knights\.
