Can't craft refined jade stone block

At end-of-game, you need 10 of these. Per the wiki, I can craft them from Raw blocks using Furnace III, but refined jade stone block is missing from my list of crafting options. The other 3 items (per "Furnace" in the wiki) are listed.

The recipe for Refined Jade Stone Block is only found in Special Event "Spring Festival" that is triggered around 16th of February. Some set computer clock to 16 Feb to trigger but Dev’s do not recommend this. If done always set clock back, example set clock to 16 Feb 2018. They say if clock is set ahead of current date it interferes with normal special event triggering when set back to current date. Jade Golems drop Refined Jade Stone Block. I do not remember which enemy drops the recipe.
