[UnLeAsH Torture]

Has anyone managed to find Sugar Cube? I've looked up and down the entire fort, left and came back, and refreshed the world and still can't find him (On console btw. Own it on pc, but none of my friends do) Spent over 2hrs looking for this lost dog (Sugarcube is a dog) with 2 people looking. any info would be great

Steam doesn't have the last update yet. I see on facebook it came out for consoles yesterday.

I have spent 2 days looking for the damn thing, I have removed all furniture and got to the point where I bombed it and gave up, shame because you can't go on without finding it

without spoiling anything to our Steam Users, try to keep an ear open for her, maybe you can hear her when you come near. ;)

Regarding the Update on Steam: We are fire fighting some crucial bugs right now and trying to update the Steam version as soon as they are fixed.

WOW! I just read what the consoles got for their update! They were missing a whole load of stuff we've had for a while. Makes sense to do the Villain update for them at the same time...seriously wow!
Yeah, I was miffed at first, but damn they were really behind.

I'm not annoyed we don't have it yet.The question threw me though. Dog? My answer went through a lot of editing before I figured out what happened.

I finally found her...it took regenerating my islands 3 times before she spawned...i put it in the bug reporting forum

Was the dog 'downstairs' where there are places to hide "behind" (the clue the guildmaster gives you if you talk to him again)? I am going to quit playing till I have an idea where to look. I regenerated once, but am tired of running around that maze when I may have missed the dog the first two times. If I know where it's supposed to be, I'll keep regenerating till it shows up just to move on. (and of course, you have to put out the fires every time you regenerate...it's like dying and having to go through a cut scene every time you start again).

I found her! Holy crap she is really well hidden and for some reason there is no barking sound or something. Look out for a damaged house near the blacksmith. There are some rocks, blocking stairs. She is right behind them in an empty room.

Thank you!! The dog made no sound when I got close either, not until I clicked on it and then it barked. That was frustrating.

One of the changes in this update was making npcs make hello sounds only when you get closer... maybe thats why it didnt make a sound, lol? I suppose ill get to trying to find it now too.

Yep...the dog is very well hidden lol
When you walk into the ranger guild, keep going forward. You'll see the blacksmith shop (the hammer). After walking past the sign, to the right, you should see a door. Go in the door and turn right. You should see some dirt/stone, with some wood on the floor. Mine the dirt/stone, and you will find the dog

Thank you. I'm updating the console version now so maybe I'll find her then. We gave up on her and went through to get some weapons and gear at end game. Had practically most of the content before they overhauled the loot system, so some of my gear got buffed, but we're farming hearts of darkness to get the other end game armors. We're going to go fight the ice dragon later to see if she has any new drops.

Same problem for me too. No sound and I ran around for ages. It'll be a great quest if the sound ever works but before then it's better to just look up the answer or rather hint that people should go "clean up" the place
