The wiki is really disorganized and not entirely up to date - is there a full list of all the NPCs that will leave their home island to go with you?
I started a new world on LARGE with a friend using new characters and we're seeing structures, dungeons and NPCs we have never seen before and that aren't on any lists.

Listed below are NPC’s that can be picked up after: completing their quest, a few can be picked up anytime, some you will see at different islands but can’t be picked up until the 3-xx islands.

Janine (old lady by house) Talks about garden/cotton
Cyfill (boy by Sm Tower) wants kill skeleton in basement
Elise (by Mine) you should make pick axe
Rupert (by Portal) wants to open portal
