Stuck on Knight Hunter Boss bad spawn location?

So my Knight Hunter spawned on a tiny island, his back is backed right up to the edge and I can't kite him away causehe just uses ranged attacks. Now i have thought about trying to build a bit of an area around him but this attacks destroy terrain. Anyone got any suggestions?

Are you fighting Knight Hunter for the reward(s) ?
There's the trophy and you can also craft an item to spawn Knight Hunter on a different island.
It's on the Alchemy table 1, but I can't tell you if that's from a recipe drop (after killing him).

Resetting the world is another option but most likely not what you want and you will lose all structure builds you have on islands that are not your home or vacant islands.

Or I can just help you kill him, just send a friend request (only STeam friends can join your worlds)

I was just doing it for completion and to teach myself the mechanics, get behind him etc. Thanks for letting me know about the alchemy table, given me the idea to build a Boss arena to spawn bosses in. Thanks for the offer I'll just spawn him in to teach myself the fight seems easy enough with space to roll around. Thanks :D
