Sapphire Throne Pack on steam?

Devs was this ever offered for pc? if the answer is no... then why?

It looks like it was only for PS4 digital players. "Why" is something you'd have to ask the devs. Since blue is what most people seem to want, I guess the devs like PS4 players best? ;)

funny enough xbox gets emerald + gold, PS gets saphire + gold while steam gets only gold :D
And you can buy the gold and pioneer packs right now too... So it's not even exclusive to EA ;d

Yes. This, in my opinion, is really bad and i hope, that they'll make a DLC with all the packs on Steam for a small price.

You have to google it to get the store page. You can't find it directly through a Steam search. "Gold Throne Pack Portal Knights Steam" and "Portal Pioneer Pack Portal Knights Steam".

I don't know why the devs have it for sale but also have it disconnected from Steam search. Maybe in case someone who bought the game in early access has account problems and needs to buy the game again and wants their early access stuff? (doesn't really make sense though) I dunno.

I did find the downloads and got to purchase them...
The cape and flag was free and the green button did work probably because I didn't have any downloads...
I googled these items a couple weeks ago and couldn't find any information other than they exist...

They are under workbench 1 at the bottom of the list. They take forever to make. You did go to the settings screen, choose DLC and get the gold throne box, right? Then you place the box on the floor and mine it.

Thou i wish they add more dlcs with simliars from xbox and ps thou on steam however they may not be same. Me i would like to see a various island thrones n stuff like obsidian and gold.

You can't buy the Early Access Flag and Cape dlc tho.

They are called "ruinstone" in the game.
Maybe the name in guide is old and they changed it?
