Is it possible to change character appearance after creation?

If so, are there any limits? Or can you edit everything that was available in creation? Or are there even extra options? (Unlockables?)

afaik you cant change gender and face? but you can change haircuts, beards, etc?

Can U change the colours too?

There are now hair dressers on Fort Finch (1-03) and Landlubbers leap (2-01). I think they only change hair but not certain.

You can change everything, not sure about gender tho.

Ok, just for you I went into the game and went to the hairstylist on Fort finch. You can change everything. And since there is no particular sex to the little PK bodies, you can make yourself look male or female or inbetween with hairstyle and facial hair. I have NO idea if there are extra things by going to the hair dressers or not.
