How can I get Moonstone blocks?

How can I get my hands on studded rune stone block with bluish color

you mean the blue and yellow colored runestones in dungeons?

The Moonstone blocks only show up in dungeons and they drop mana potions when you mine them. The colored runestone blocks you see in screenshots of other people's builds are from preorder DLCs. If you didn't buy the DLCs then, they are out of reach. I'm one of the people who didn't even know the game existed till after it was fully released :(

Anyway, for latecomers like us, the only available glowing blocks are the yellow "glowing sandstone blocks" you get from islands to do with C'thris, the 5 pink glowing "core" blocks you get from Asteroid Impact events and 3 blue glowing "core" blocks you can get from the Electrical Storm event. (though last time I did an electrical storm event, there was only one blue "core" block. :/ They are the rarest block in the game)

If you mean the blocks which drop mana potions then you would need cheat or cheated map which has this blocks in chest

I didn't use the program itself :D

You can find it in the guide section of portal knight, I have downloaded the map with all items instead of the program.

You would need the program if you plan to build something big

I to was late to getting the game and missed out on being able to have those different colored runeblocks(neon blocks as there called).

As not to take from those that did the pre-order they could leave out the animated cape an banner/flag that they got. All I want is for them to please put those DLC's up for sale [for us PC player and the console players as well] that have those Neon Blocks recipes and the pets would be nice....would like to get Rainbow Island and all those cool banners/flags also, but i'm not going to be greedy...I just want all those different colored glowing Runestone blocks( red, orange, dark & light blue, green, purple)

Huh, it does work. I now have rainbow island. (which I will probably ignore completely since the only interesting thing there is a rainbow) I googled "Gold Throne Pack Steam" and that's for sale too (haven't tried it yet though) http://store.steampowered.com/sub/165503/
