Poison Rain drop

Is anyone else having an issue with this dropping? I've managed to get a ranger to level 30 and now a mage to 10 with never seeing it drop. I estimate I've done the ancient worm around 60-70 times with no drop?

I'm aware that Poison rain II drops from the hard mode version. I'm working on it now.

You would still need a poison rain I spell, to upgrade it to the II when making that one.

Yeah, it's a pain at the moment. Had the pet drop twice but still no spell

It does drop but it might be the rarest regular boss drop of all, that and the part of Fluffy's costume the Hollow Knight drops. I got poison rain as a drop after the update, so it is there.

We actually found it from the Epic version of the worm. Dropped from him the first time.
