More islands for sale?

I bought the first vacant islands from the merchant at Fort Finch ( dry desert, fairy forest, etc...), will there be more available in the later game? And if so, will they have new/different biomes?

Yes there are more islands to purchase ahead, and some really surprising space-type environments. Portal onwards!
