Strength on Rogue Weapons

Does strength work on rogue weapons? I don't see why it wouldn't. But, then again, the warrior class can't even use the new rogue weapons.

Wehn you creat the Rogue there are standing his Main attributes:
Wisdom-Increases Mana Points
Dexterity- Increases Rogue attack damage

It just doesn't make sense that strength wouldn't affect the rogue classes' weapons.

Slitting someone's throat with a razor doesn't take strength, it takes finesse. It's a pretty standard RPG thing that rogues rely on dexterity and not strength.

Yeah, in some games, or most RPG's I've played, including tabletop. The Rogue/Ranger both uses Dex since Dex is a dual stat for them, both both offense and defense. Rogues usually use finesse weapons which uses the Dex stat.

i would assume not purely because buffing melee damage (potions or shout) doesnt seem to affect rogue weapons (atleast not daggers); if it doesnt then its extremely poorly communicated though
