Diving helmet

How do i get the recipe for diving helmet? i am in dire need of it and can't find it on the wiki (i play on the xbox one, not sure if that matters)

I know a mining helmet, but no where on the web is mentioned a diving helmet, what do you need it for anyways?

It's for breathing under water

It is ALOT of water to drain and just felt like the helmet would come in handy, while looking for underwater portals :)

That's not an underwater base then, it's just a base in a big crater.
Now if you're then suggesting to spam water bombs after it's made, that's a LOT of unneeded work you're asking for, especially if you build an underwater base in one of the REALLY big lakes this game has.

Well if they want an underwater base it would kinda need to be underwater otherwise it's kinda pointless.
