how do i get around it without using the 'All items world' map? that map is so out dated and needs an update. a lot of things i the game are not there.

"The Spring Festival Event" has the bamboo and jade and can be accessed by setting your system clock to 20 Feb 2019. You will find the bamboo there that can be made into Refined Bamboo Block by using your Lv 01 Workbench (no recipe required). You will also find the raw jade but you will need the recipe found by completing all quest in the event to craft Refined Jade Blocks. In the event, defeating Jade Golems cause them to drop Refined Jade Stone Block. This event will give you the items you need to complete the two quest you are talking about at the Portal Knight Sanctuary.

There is a special event that pops up on the left side of the map screen for 24 hours form time-to-time called "Jade Stone Merchant". In the temporary special event the merchant will sell you 40 bamboo logs@ 2 gold coins each and you can craft the Refined Bamboo Blocks at the workbench. Merchant also sell raw jade but you need the recipe to craft the Refined Jade. This event will complete one of the two quest you are talking about at the Portal Knight Sanctuary if you do not have the Refined Jade Stone recipe.

If you have the new DLC , Elves, Rogues, and Rifts, Refined Jade Stone and Refined Bamboo Blocks can be found/mined in some locations. I haven't spent enough time in the Rifts to be able to tell you where to look.

Refined Jade Stone isn't in the rifts, but raw jade Stone is, but i saw it in just the high rift, and you are on the clock. i have yet to run out of time in the rifts, so i don't know what that will do.

When I reset my computer clock, I disconnect it from all internet connections. That keeps computer from going online and changing back to real time.

I have seen Refined Jade at one location in the Rift. It was part of a path way. Did not try to mine it up so not sure if you can. When you run out of time in the Rifts it sends you to the Failed Rift Forge. You can use the rift souls and rift crystals in your backpack to craft what you can. When you leave Failed Rift Forge it will not convert the remaining rift souls and rift crystals into gold coins like it does at a Final Rift Forge.

the game is an online game, and as far as i know, the net is needed to get the events to run right.

that is the only spot in the rifts where Jade is to be found, but it is raw, not Refined, and yes, you can mine it, it just takes time to do that, as it is so hard. best done with a drill to save time and you'll get more then a pick will get you, if you mine 4 blocks at once with each mining.

not all blocks in the rifts are not mineable, dirt, raw jade and obsidian can be mined, just to name 3. sand can't be mined, but it sure can be removed.
