Report a translation problem
Backup everything here, and do a bit of testing and messing around. Delete the .backup and .pksave file with the same file name one at a time (one at a time meaning file name, but delete the backup and pksave at the same time) until you manage to find which one is that world area. You will need to close the game before deleting each time you do this. Once you manage to find which one it was, restore all the files from the backup you made, and just delete the .backup and .pksave of whichever one turned out to be "Snowy Snowdrifts". This will reset that area and hopefully give you an opportunity to find the portal to the next area again. I've had to do this once, and through testing I can tell you that you won't waste portal blocks. Portals that you have opened previously will still be activated wherever they happen to be on the new .pksave file that the game generates. That information is saved on a different file.

Please can you ensure you attach a DxDiag report and your portal_knights.log to your form.
DxDiag.txt files can be easily created by pressing [Win]+[R], typing “dxdiag” in the Run-dialog and pressing [Enter]. Finally click on “Save All Information…”
In order to find the portal_knights.log you have to navigate to your local game files. Please follow the steps below:
1. Right-click on Portal Knights in your Steam library
2. Select "Properties"
3. Select the "Local Files" tab
4. Click on the "Browse Local Files" button
