This game has mostly multiplayer in mind so i wouldn't be surprised if that was the main thought behind it.
If i want a challenge in a game, this isn't the game to play i would play other games tbh, then again HM bosses are prolly a challenge (i have no clue, trust me all the hours i spent in this game is building, heck after all these updates i didn't finish the game yet, i was left off at "The Gate" back then), haven't continued anymore.
So yes, i think the main thought as i said is them to beat with multiple people, since this game is more about the multiplayer adventure in mind.
And if someone solo the HM bosses, it,s prolly with 1 class, which isn't interesting at all, then make all classes be able to solo them easely.
The hardest is, IMO the second HardBoss (Ice Dragon).
If you're careful enough, you can kill the Electro-Worm and the Light King without been hit, but you need some firepower for the Worm.
For these two, just be patient and, if you have the choice to attack or dodge : choose to dodge without a doubt.
For the Ice Dragon you also need to tank some damage (I don't remember how much exactly, I guess between 400-600 HP without potions) AND a way to evade her ice breath (rocket or teleport scroll).
Or let a teamate die on her breath while you stay away.
Good Luck.
Defense doesn't seem to matter at all. I've got the best armor I can get and chugging elec resist potions and I still get one-shotted no matter what. Defense literally means nothing in these fights, just learn to dodge or go home.
The key seems to be DPS. Unlike the regular worm, this guy's tail can go back into the ground if you take to long to break it (and you honestly only get like maybe 5 seconds) and when it does it restores to full health... if you can't break a tail in that period of time you can't beat the boss - physically impossible.
So yeah, the key seems to be... forget defense, it's meaningless, fight in your underwear if that's what it takes, just do absolutely everything humanly possible to get as much DPS as you possibly can because DPS is literally the only thing that matters.
Considering the game's lack of end game content I've already decided to move on. Once the game gets an update I might check it out again but for now, this will be it. I don't really need anything the boss drops anyway.
Hello - I have a new guide for the electro worm for the druid class. Electro Worm Solo
If anything , check the video of "TheChillGuy" on youtube , it helped me a lot.
