Obtaining recipes

So my girl and i have been having good fun playing this game and we've started building in one of those vacant islands. While the building isn't finished yet we wanted to add some stuff like furniture, but she doens't have any of them (we're going for the baroque stuff and some others) and i only have a few.

So we looked up how to get them on the portal knights wiki. In this particular case, we were looking for classic hanging brazier and the wiki claims that one of those thunder gazers . Now after half an hour or so of roaming around and fighting every eyeball in sight no recipe drops except the football one for both of us.

Now i ask you guys, were we unlucky? Are there any better ways of getting specific recipes? Cause we're not looking forward to grinding in this game, we've got mmorpg's for that.

These recipes can be found on the space maps easier, I'm sure some of them can be found elsewhere but the baroque recipes are frequently found on the space map. Also, you can go to Fort Finch 1-3 and dig in down in the fire places found in the houses, you'll find a secret room which had the baroque piece in it.Just do some mob grinding as well as chest grinding and you should find them. A really good place with tons of chests and mobs is 3-15 Greater Frontiere, just look for the structures, and drop inside them, there's a few big ones with tons of rooms with space doors and chests all over. Also, when you're done checking for chests, you can leave and come back to refreshed chests. Hope this helps.
