4. Is there enough different stuff to explore and find?
4.1 Does it gets fast repititive?
Just like everything else, it gets repetitive after a while and I quit playing, but I come back later and have fun, usually with new stuff that's been added.
I suspect it would be even more fun with other people, but I don't think it's necessary to enjoy the game.
I should also answer a couple more of your questions... yes it has an ending, and quests leading up to that ending. Those were added recently and I play a max character with a totally unlocked universe, so I don't know what the progression quests are like. I plan to start a new universe and find out.
The "end" is opening all the worlds, defeating the big boss, and getting access to a cool unique world... and then you can just keep playing forever. Random events, rare loot, and seasonal events keep things fresh. And, of course, there's always BUILDING, so if you enjoy that you can create some awesome things at any time.
I think there's plenty of variety to enjoy exploring during your first time through. There are still a few things I haven't seen, like the Egyptian world. AND they just added a lot of new variety, like an island world with pirates, Martian-like worlds, etc., so it's even better than when I went through.
Oh, and PETS! Completely useless but utterly adorable pets. So what's not to like?
Tx for the replies guys. I'll try playing this game.
So long it stays at the wishlist, who knows, when it is finished it is filled to the brim with variety. :O)
When it comes to polishing, the game feels fluid and high quality. Goes to show the developers really did put their mind into the game.
Edit: Over two hours in, the game does feel monotonous like a few people said in their reviews. Expect a really casual experience with some entry level crafting.
Ty man, for your help. When new people like me and so many other come to this discussion it will help them.
Essentially, this is a survival game, without the basics like needing sleep, or something to eat.
The simplicity of it it, allows you to focus on your building and collecting, but it seems a little pointless when you only play on your own.
