Leveling new characters

How is to level them faster? I play in same world, but they cannot use gear I make them because low level, and because low level, cannot kill good enemies so level is very slow. I don't want to just kill low level and level slow, I want to level fast, how can I do that?

Kill the harder enemies with bad weapons. Just bring lots of potions that heal you, increase your healing, movement speed and everything else. Just about all enemies can be kited.

Otherwise, place late game ore blocks and mine them with your new character, the exp they might drop is higher than stone and the like.

If you have a main character that has access to HM Dragon, you can use a Relic of Frost to open up the island for the new character. Breaking the pots there give a lot of EXP, and you can use it to power level your new character.

There's other methods posted on youtube, but I haven't tried them yet.

Doing what lightrayne said, a friend and I were able to get new characters to max level in under an hour. I don't remember the boss, but it's the one where you drop down a few times. I stayed up top and broke everything while he ran the lower level and got the few near the end. I think it was about 45-50 minutes for two of us.

Yup. Just rezone when you're done breaking pots.
