Also I haven't got Gun collector\Sword collector though I own at least one of each weapon...

My findings are:
Assassin - Kill 100 enemies using take down attacks
Dominator - Blind 100 enemies with the psyker power
Librarian - Collect all data slates
Strategist - Do 200 pause for breath attacks

So far I've collected 27 dataslates and haven't got the achievement. If anyone collected more (you can check and count them at main menu>extras) please tell me how many you collected and if it was enough to get the achievement.

I have a guess that there are 29 dataslates total, as there are 29 chapters...but no confirmation of this.Later I'll try a third walkthrough and try to write which report is found where and when.

My list has 30 and still no luck with Librarian but I'm starting to think it's glitched or broken anyway. I didnt get the acheivements for 1 of each ranged or mele weapon either unless thats suppose to mean everything unlocked+maxed. Nor Zealot for 30x combo.

The 3 others I have are and where in list:

22-23 -Damaged Navy Dataslate

How did you unlock your achievements Librarian and Eyclone's Associates, please?
It doesn´t work for me :/
