Nope. And the "steam://install/373700" doesn't work now (redirects to the store home).
Damn, I'd BUY it only for name and title in my library.

The only common way is to use this steam://install/373700 link and when downloading it, right click then ''set categories'' and ''hide in library'' so it stays on the Steam library forever, for some regions this method might also require a temporary desktop VPN the first time for the installation link to work but in general is the main solution in these cases.
