you have been disconnected from server
when i reach the screen to accept user agreement it says "you have been disconnected from server"

Yes. All Aion servers go into weekly maintenance every Wednesday! :ccknight:

If this still happens even though the servers are online, try disabling your Firewall. I don't know how it fixes it, but it worked for me.
