the abyss have 3 sectors & 2 secret islands (tigraki & blackcloud islands)
Upper abyss,center & lower abyss
I suggest buy some wind serum potions to secure ur fly time, one thing more no try go to the center the shield of the center can kill elyos and asmodians for touch it
Well if u need a guide for the abyss to show the 2 secret islands find me in beritra sever sometimes in the abyss (wings to siel archipelago) Im Elyos & I use me mount to fly in this hole called abyss
Yes, but how to participate in PvP to gain the abyss point ... where it is and how to get there
only try find the enemy faction players in the frotress & some parts of the abyss, they have the faction/race name & rank on the name
If you're an Elyo around level 30, take that rift all the way at the top of the Eltnen map, outside Golden Bough Garrison. It takes you to pretty much the ONLY place in Morheim where you're likely to see enemy players but you have to be careful because many of them are being babysat by high levels. Don't forget to take a kisk and hide it as best you can, preferably somewhere outside of this area. This was my twink sin's stalking ground on Siel for months and the babysitters only made it that much more fun.
Your best bet for pre-cap PvP is dredge though, which starts at level 46. Problem is that B-Dredge (46-50) and C-Dredge (51-55) are dominated by twinks. Not too many others run them anymore and the ones that do usually AFK if they see a group of high/higher ranked players on the other side. You can thank NCSoft removing AP requirements for greater stigmas for this one.
T-Dregde actually has a 9 level bracket and is dominated by 65s who don't typically want anyone under that level in their group. Understandable but an asinine decision on NC's part to set it up this way instead of creating a new dredge for 61+ when they raised the level cap. For this one you can thank NCSoft's laziness and disregard for any pre-cap content.
If you really want to PvP in the abyss, assuming your level is around 25-35, Sulfur Fortress and the entire surrounding area is a good place to loiter, as is Lebo Island and whatever that area is called just off of Lower Eastern Shard. This applies to either faction but I've never played asmo so they may have more productive areas that I don't know about.
At any rate, all of this will get you abyss points but B-Dredge will get you minimum 4k AP/run, even if you just AFK and stand there. You can run it 3x day for minimum 12k AP/day. C-Dredge gives minimum 5k and T-Dredge is minimum 7k (I think).
EDIT: Abyss entrances are located at all the main bases on the different maps. For elyos there's one under the elevator at Eltnen fort and in the sky at Verteron Citadel and New Heiron Gate. I assume the situation is similar for asmos.
I understood of what you wrote, my question came up because I saw videos on YouTube dispute in 1vs1 arena or in groups, and participating I'll get the damn abyss points.
To get into the arena has a minimum level for the same?
There are other places to get Abyss points? example: instances to complete daily
If so, what? At where? If you have an image showing perhaps it will be easier
PS: I am Asmodian, but I hope it helps me anyway
Until you get to a very high level your main source of abyss points will be Dredgion (dredge) instances which starts at level 46. Dredge pops 3 or 4 times a day and lasts for 2 hours. You'll know when because a notice will show on your screen beginning at level 46 and a new button will appear to enter. You can enter from anywhere as long as you aren't on that cursed fast track server. As an asmo, if you run early you're going to be faced with mostly RRM TRRC twinks from Siel. In the evenings it's TONKA twinks from Tiamat. Well, this is based on American times.
There are some open world PvP dailies you can do at low level but they're not easy anymore since standard server is a ghost town. You have to kill 5 enemy faction players when the rifts open into your maps. Whenever it happens it'll automatically start a daily quest. The reward is a medal who's grade depends on the map and a bundle containing a random grade of Ancient Crown that you can turn in for AP. This won't get you a hell of a lot of AP though, unless you do it everyday on multiple maps and get an unusually high number of high grade crowns. It's worth doing, just difficult to complete and not going to get you much AP.
Unfortunately, until you get to 46 there just aren't many opportunities to earn AP. I mean, there are, it's just that not enough people participate in them to make them viable sources of abyss points. Gone are the days when whole alliances would come thru the rifts and turn the open world maps into battlefields for 2 hours, allowing you to rack up hundreds of kills and thousands of AP.
If you're dead set on earning AP before 46 then loitering around the abyss or the enemies maps is going to be your best bet. You won't make much but it is there. The abyss forts also have low level instances that drop AP relics but they aren't very productive, especially when you have to roll on them with ever how many people are in your group.
Also, if you have a studio you can buy those relic hearthblooms that drop random AP relics once/day when you water them. They don't add up to much at first but if you get 3 of them and water them everyday you'll have a decent amount to turn in every few weeks.
EDIT: I forgot. Once you get into the abyss there's a lot of quests you can do that give AP as a reward. Again, not tons, but it does add up if you do them. Dredge instances also have quests for additional AP but they have huge XP too and if you aren't careful you'll level yourself beyond what you're ready for.
How do I know that the portal opens to enter the map of the rival faction (Elyos)?
Go to the standard sever the minimap show to u the portal locations, and use these portals, one thing caution with the guards & some players
As for when, exactly, those portals open you will need to know the schedule. You can find that here, along with a schedule for anything else in Aion that runs on a timer. http://aion.im/
